Financial Assistance

Thank You Alfred Bersted Foundation

The Alfred Bersted Foundation, Bank of America, N.A., Trustee, is having a significant positive impact on the lives of our Scouts this year through a very generous $15,000 grant to assist disadvantaged and at-risk youth in our ScoutReach Programs. This grant allows the Three Fires Council to serve more youth and expand our programs in hard to serve areas of the Council. Through support from The Alfred Bersted Foundation and other Friends of Scouting donors, our Council has the means to register any boy that wants to experience Scouting regardless of means or circumstance.

The Alfred Bersted Foundation was established in 1972 to support and promote quality educational, human services, and health care programming for underserved populations. The Alfred Bersted Foundation specifically serves the people of DeKalb, DuPage, Kane, & McHenry counties in Illinois.

We wish to thank The Alfred Bersted Foundation for their continued generous support.
